Cover Description: The background is a sky blue color.  A "3 dimensional" colored drawn map of the bodies of water bordering Ontario are represented on the map.  Text is in white and red.  Six small colored drawings are situated on the cover representing activities for the part of the province where they are located.  From top to bottom: a fisherman with a jumping fish on the line; ships beside grain storage elevators; a moose standing near a lake; the Minolta tower in Niagara Falls; Toronto City Hall and a tractor pulling a combine harvesting hay.

Construction of the 403 makes it way west of downtown Hamilton.
