Dating the years that early B/A maps were produced can be a challenge to say the least.  Logic, reason and comparison to known dated maps has to be applied in order to determine an appropriate date for the British American map.   If the word 'circa' is included in the date - it is an educated guess - otherwise - there is proof that the date is accurate.
